CrystalReach is a web based invoice query and reporting tool. It works exclusively with the TravCom CS/TravCom and ClientMajic database giving you and your clients access to rich data 24/7 from any internet connected computer. CrystalReach is the only product of it's kind.

Invoice Query

CrystalReach includes an invoice filter search screen so users can quickly locate the invoice they are looking for. They can then view details on the invoice including payment and itinerary information as well as print or email a copy of their invoice.

Report Viewing and Scheduling

CrystalReach includes over 30 reports that you can provide to your users. You can specify different reports by user. Report categories include from Sales, Hotel and Car, Payables and Analysis. Reports can be viewed and printed immediately or they can be scheduled to be emailed at a certain time or frequency, such as every 1st of the Month!

Reports can be exported to either PDF, MS Excel, MS Word or RTF formats.


Is a great tool to give immediate access to copies of itineraries and invoices. Since all your travel booking data resides in your back office (no matter what the original booking source), travelers will be able to view and print a copy of their itinerary or Invoice by simply entering their last name and either a ticket number, confirmation number or GDS record locator.

MyTraveldocs also lets your travellers quickly pull up weather forecasts and maps by clicking on destination and addresses in the body of the itinerary they view on screen.
